Why we attended Robert Hanley's Home Video Studio Show 'N Tell Saturday

"My husband and I felt like we had a big decision in front of us. We pretty much had our minds made up before going to Show ’N Tell. It was just a matter of solidifying with us that what we heard and what we saw was going to fit with our vision which it did. Going to Show ’N Tell absolutely did make our mind up."
Debbie Williams - Florence, KY
Former - Free Lance Graphic Designer - Photographer
"My Show ’N Tell was in June of 2015. I came down and Robert was very cordial and showed me his fantastic home studio of his own and presented everything that honestly I had probably heard it all be fore because I had done my research but I really enjoyed it and it just kind of confirmed that I was going to pursue this."
Kyle Cooley - Monroe, MI
School Teacher
"It was one of those things where I thought that well if I am seriously interested in maybe doing this I probably should take a look at it in person and see if this is something legitimate or not.  So I made reservations and flew to Indianapolis. Actually for me it was a Thursday, Friday but I met Robert and took a tour of his studio, got the whole spiel and bought in. "
Jerry Alldredge - Ellensburg, WA
Former Librarian
Hanleys 2016
"Tammy and I came to a Show ’N Tell Saturday. The initial conversation was Robert talking about what it is to be a Home Video studio Owner. Of course we’d listened to the CD’s over and over in our car for a couple of months I think Then we had the presentation and we signed right there at the end of the presentation."

Former Navy Commander

Finally A Replacement for the DVD! DVA - Digital Video Archive

DVDs have been the state-of-the-art for more than ten years in the video and home movie transfer industry. In fact, Home Video Studios across the country still transfer video to DVDs for our customers who request that service.

More and more now, people are transferring to DVA – the Digital Video Archive – Video in the Cloud. DVA is the latest technology and it is fast becoming the media of choice. These days we most often transfer everyone’s old VHS, BetaMAX, 8mm and Mini DV tapes to DVAs rather than DVDs. Here’s why:
  • DVA is cloud-based. Your memories are safely archived - never again vulnerable to the elements, breakage, or being lost.
  • Each of your old videos (your old memories) are transferred to new DVAs and uploaded to Digital Video Archive. You can then view, organize and edit your old memories.
  • View your family videos on any computer, iPad, Tablet, Smartphone or Smart TV.
  • Invite your friends and family to view! Our sharing capability is private and by invitation only – very family friendly.
  • Add, change and re-title chapter markers online. Organize your new DVAs into albums (we call them Archives).
  • You can also easily edit your videos.
  • Memories, videos and DVA… they are one and the same! Never worry about the legacy of your family again.
“Hey You…Get on to Our Cloud”™
That’s right! Get on to our cloud. It’s easy! Just bring in your old DVDs, videotapes, 8mm, and 16mm home movies. We’ll take it from there.

Come in today.

Thinking of transferring your old videotapes to DVD? Think again. You may want to transfer to DVA - The Digital Video Archive Cloud!

Thinking of transferring your old videotapes? There are two ways you can go: Video to DVD Transfer or (newer and better) Video to DVA – Digital Video Archive – watch on your smartphone, tablet, computer and smart TV – Edit, organize and instant share your videos with anyone on the planet!

Video to DVD Transfer

We specialize in transferring VHS and other videotape formats to DVD using Platinum Archival DVDs, rated to last 100 years. Each tape goes to its own Platinum Archival DVD complete with Smart Chapter Markers and Thumbnail images. We will also imprint the DVD as well if you provide some title information for us. Basically, for tapes up to two hours long, we charge $19.95 per tape. Each tape goes to its own DVD. So if you bring in 1, 2, 3 or up to 4 tapes, your price will be $19.95 per tape to put each tape to its own DVD. Once again each tape goes to its own Platinum Archival DVD. These DVDs are made especially for Home Video Studio to preserve your memories. If you have more than four tapes, you will receive a 20% discount.

Our system uses professional encoding which ensures maximum quality and a great viewing experience for years to come. Oh, one more thing, we can also make additional copies of your DVDs so you can share them with your family and friends.

Video to DVA – Digital Video Archive Transfer - Your Best Option!

Better yet is to have us transfer your old videotapes to DVA so you can watch and share your videos on your smartphone, computer, tablet and smart TV. We’ve been in the transfer business for a long time. We understand it very well and, indeed, it is our passion. DVA is the newest thing and the best way to go in our opinion.  Plus with DVA you do not need to order copies. You can instant share with anyone on the planet for free!

While we still transfer video to Platinum Archival DVDs, more and more of our customers are opting for DVA. It’s safe, secure, private, and ultra-convenient. You can edit and privately share online through your Digital Video Archive account. It’s easy to see why the DVA is rapidly replacing DVD as the media of choice for our customers.

Here's how it works: Once we have transferred your content to your new DVAs you'll receive an email explaining how to quickly set up your new Digital Video Archive account. Please note that your Digital Video Archive account will be $7.95 monthly (like your Netflix bill) based on the number of tapes you transfer. Digital Video Archive also has a FREE level of account that will hold about three two-hour tapes. So if you only have a few tapes, you won’t have a monthly bill. This is a great way to start.

With your new DVA account, you can manage, edit, modify and view your movies and videos. You'll want to invite your friends and family to set up their own (free) DVA accounts. This will give them access to the DVAs you would like for them to see and enjoy. Every DVA has smart chapter markers with thumbnail images, just like the old DVDs, so you and your viewers will be able to fully experience each of your videos.

Also, with your new Digital Video Archive account you can immediately begin uploading your own personal videos and smartphone video. You'll be able share these videos with your friends and family as well. Plus, your friends and family will receive their own Digital Video Archive account when you invite them. They will  want to upload their videos too. Soon you'll have new DVAs from them to watch as well!

We are a Digital Video Archive Authorized Representative. of Digital Video Archive. Our DVA Deluxe transfer system uses professional encoding which ensures maximum quality and a great viewing experience whether you are viewing on your smartphone or your huge home theatre screen.

Ready to get started? Here's our pricing: Basically, for tapes up to two hours long, we charge $29.95 per tape for transfer to DVA. Each tape goes to its own DVA. So if you bring in 1, 2, 3, or up to 4 tapes, your price will be $29.95 per tape to put each tape to its own DVA. If you have more than four tapes, you will receive a 20% discount. Remember with DVA you will not need to spend money on copies for friends and family.

We do offer free pick-up and delivery service or you may bring your tapes to us. Our address is Home Video Studio, 8148 Raven Rock Drive, Indianapolis, In 46256. We are open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and then from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. We are open Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
